Erasmus in Bergamo

I have the pleasure to announce you that next year, I will live in Bergamo, in Italy....
I'm SO thrilled and excited about it!
I will study in the Universita degli Studi di Bergamo, in economics, with one of my best friends.
I haven't been to Italy yet, and am very curious about it, nor i speak italian! All my courses wiil be taught in italian, so, wish me good luck!
Nonetheless, it will give this blog an italian twist, and i'll be glad to share it with you!

But first of all, what is Bergamo?



Bergamo (or Bergame for french speakers) is a small city located in the north of Italy, very close to Milan and not far from Venezia, in a region called Lombardia.
As it is in the north of Italy, it is close to the Alps, so the weather is not so warm there.
The city is old and established on a mountain, which gives it a medieval blend, and the main food is .. pizza and pasta! There are plenty of activites available there, and the Erasmus life is quite complete of what i heard.

If you have any good plans, or if you have been to Bergamo already, don't hesitate to tell me about it! I want to know everything!
